Tokyo

After all my studies, I can read Hirigana as it scrolls on digital signs.

But seriously, Hirigana is useless in day-to-day interactions...

  1. Yep, that's unfortunately true. Kanji and katakana were way more useful to me when I was in Japan. Have a great time!!

  2. @Jen -- Thanks! It's occasionally useful, of course, but I had much higher hopes for the return on this investment of time... Oh well. If nothing else the flashcards were helpful for vocabulary.
